Day 1: Transforming from Fixed versus Growth Mindset techniques and tools.
Day 2: produce a movie of before and after shifting from a fixed to a growth mindset with professional filming, production team and equipment. Movie will be watched at the end of the session. If more sessions, Oscar ceremony can be arranged.
The AS IF – Experiencing Happiness
Focus On Happiness & Wellbeing
Day 1: Positive Strengths self-assessment, positivity and happiness explained, goals achievement and wellbeing.
Day 2: simulation of real work and life situations where goal achievement is the focus and individual transformation is experienced and the 1 page AS IF…IF THEN Plan is created

Day 2: Simulation – dry live cooking competition between individuals and teams
